For instance, the forceps come with a pair of atraumatic jaws with horizontal serrations. Moreover, the jaws are available in 51 and 75mm sizes for grasping small and large areas of tissue. On the other hand, the serrations avoid tearing and local injury.
Also, the clamps come with a resilient ratchet with multiple indentations. The ratchet, combined with the boxlock’s scissor action, allows surgeons to graduate the occlusion pressure.
