The Cottle Bone Osteotome offers a broad range of benefits for ENT surgeons. These benefits are ideal for dividing delicate bone tissues during nasal reconstruction procedures.

For this purpose, the instrument has a double-beveled blade supplied with a sharp cutting edge. Moreover, the blade is available in a wide assortment of sizes, ranging from 2.0 to 12mm. As a result, surgeons can cut through the delicate surfaces of nasal bones.

In addition, the instrument features an elongated, straight shaft equipped with depth markings. These markings come in handy to measure the access to the nasal cavity, thereby preventing inadvertent trauma.
