The Cooley-Derra Atrauma Anastomosis Clamps offers a broad range of benefits during surgery. Its principal use is to occlude two points of an artery to excise obstructions without hemorrhage risks.

For this purpose, the instrument features a pair of jaws supplied with two angles to hold the artery. As a result, the jaws form a vaulted, empty space in which surgeons can isolate the obstruction. Also, their inner surfaces include atraumatic serrations to minimize injuries.

Moreover, the clamp has a ratchet system equipped with multiple teeth to achieve self-retaining clamping. In addition, the boxlock joint permits smooth movements to face the tips against each other.

Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel to ensure the highest quality instruments in your operating rooms.
