The Cooley Atrauma Anastomosis Clamps (Large Pattern) offers a broad range of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to control hemostasis by blocking the blood flow in the proximal and distal ends of a vessel.

For this purpose, the device features inner atraumatic serrations in the jaws to minimize endothelium damage. In addition, the jaws are available in two sizes for accessing different cavities of the body.
