The Cogswell Suction Tube offers a wide range of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to enhance the view of the surgical field by removing blood, saliva and other fluids.
For this purpose, the instrument features an angled tube that reaches deep surgical targets and provides great sightlines. In addition, the tube has a 2.0mm tip with one front port and additional side ports. As a result, the operator can perform multi-directional suction to remove as much fluid as possible.
Moreover, the Cogswell Suction Tube features a solid, round handle that improves gripping. Also, the handle has a concave area with a finger valve to control the suction strength.
