The Buckley Wound Spreader offers a wide array of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to provide a reliable way to keep an optimal view of the operative field.

For this purpose, the instrument features 3 x 3 sharp prongs for pulling away wound edges with ease. In addition, the prongs have slight curves that not only enhance retraction but also improve sightlines.

Moreover, the Buckley Wound Spreader features a spring handle attached to a screw for self-locking the tips. As a result, surgeons can statically retain the prongs at certain widths for holding other devices.
