Opens the vagina for access to the vaginal wall, cervix, uterus and uterine contents.
Especially includes blunt tip which help to slide through the narrow opening. In addition, the jaws have a bend which adapt to the contour of the vagina for better access. The smooth outer curves of the instrument also prevent damage to surrounding tissues.
In addition, the speculum includes a broad handle with finger depressions for optimum control of instrument.
