The Balfour Self Retaining Retractor comes with dual solid and wire blades to retract delicate tissues.
Secures and retracts organs as well as tissues, vessels, sheaths, and skin for better access.
Especially includes two lateral blades and one central blade for a better grasp on tissues and efficient retraction. The wire blades are ideal for delicate tissues whereas the solid ones work best for bulky tissues.
Moreover, the forceps have smooth edges that prevent inadvertent soft tissue damage. The retracting forceps have dual sliding screw lock for all three blades to decrease user fatigue.

The Balfour Self Retaining Retractor comes with a central blade size of 45 by 80 mm which works for small to medium incisions.
