The Alm Wound Spreader offers a wide range of surgical benefits. Its principal use is to provide an atraumatic way to keep an optimal view of the surgical targets by spreading wound edges.

For this purpose, the instrument features 4 x 4 prongs that are ideal to pull back the margins of large wounds. In addition, the prongs are available in sharp and blunt profiles, in order to protect local tissues.

Moreover, the Alm Wound Spreader features a compound action joint for spreading the tips with comfort. Also, the adjustable screw mechanism permits to self-retain the prongs at the desired width.

Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel with a fine satin finish that reduces glare.
