The Cooley Vascular Dilator offers a wide array of advantages for vascular surgeons. These advantages help in broadening the arteries’ lumen for treating blood flow obstructions.

For this purpose, the instrument features a 13cm long probe supplied with a blunt tip. Moreover, the device is available in multiple probe widths, ranging from 0.5 to 5.0mm. As a result, surgeons can insert the malleable working end into small and major arteries.

In addition, the tool features a solid, hexagonal handle with a knurled pattern covering its side grips. This particular design reduces finger strain and prevents slippage.
