The Cottle Lid Retractor consists of a solid handle and a wide blade. Moreover, the blade edges are blunt to prevent tissue damage.

The lid retractor grants maximum surgical control. To this end, it features deep horizontal ridges for avoiding slippage.

In addition, the lid retractor has a single concave blade that gently adapts to the eyeball’s shape. This feature prevents eyelashes from projecting into the operating site.
