The Daubenspeck Bone Curette offers a wide range of benefits for orthopaedic surgeons. Its principal use is to provide an atraumatic way to scrape bone surfaces and repair bone growths.
For this purpose, the instrument features a small, downwardly-curved tip to access hard-to-reach spaces. In addition, the sharp-edged profile of the spoon permits to carve bone and its adnexal tissues. Also, it is available in different sizes, which range from 2.8 to 5.2mm, to accommodate multiple surfaces.
Moreover, the Daubenspeck Bone Curette features a thin, elongated shaft to easily reach small bones. Also, the shaft has a thumb depression that enhances gripping and prevents finger strain.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel with a fine satin finish that reduces glare.
