The Jaeger Keratome offers a reliable way to perform cuts on the corneal surface. Its principal use is to create a window or access to the anterior chamber of the eye during certain surgeries.

For this purpose, the instrument features a triangular sharp-pointed blade, which is ideal to create the primary incisions. In addition, the blade is available in two different patterns, including straight and angled profiles. As a result, surgeons can pick between patterns to conform to the surgical approach.

Moreover, the Jaeger Keratome’s blade features 1.4, 2.5 and 3.6mm size patterns to accommodate a variety of patients. Also, the ergonomically designed handle improves gripping and minimizes the risk of slippage.
