El Angiotribo de Fergusson ofrece soluciones excepcionales para controlar hemorragias. Su función consiste en proveer una hemostasia adecuada mediante la oclusión local de los vasos.

Para este fin, el instrumento posee mandíbulas pesadas, con estrías oblicuas que optimizan fuerza prensil. Asimismo, una mandíbula exhibe una ranura central maximizar la oclusión del vaso seleccionado. Está disponible con mandíbulas curvadas o rectas para alcanzar diferentes espacios.
