El Osteótomo de Epker ofrece beneficios indispensables en cirugías maxilofaciales. Desempeña, principalmente, la función de ejecutar procedimientos de osteotomía en cirugías reconstructivas.

Para tal fin, el instrumento cuenta con una hoja estrecha, de bisel doble y provista de un borde cortante. Además, la anchura de la hoja varía de 4.0 a 8.0mm. Aunado a ello, sus modelos recto, ligeramente curvado y con curvatura pronunciada ayudan a alcanzar espacios anatómicos estrechos.

Nuestro Osteótomo de Epker también cuenta con un mango cuadrado provisto de estrías horizontales. Asimismo, su base exhibe una plataforma de impacto para favorecer los cortes con la ayuda de un mazo.
