The Krause-Voss Polypus Snare offers multiple surgical advantages. Its principal use is to permit the atraumatic resection of nasal polyps and other tissue growths during nasal polypectomies.
For this purpose, the instrument features a long, straight cannula, which ensures optimal manoeuvring within narrow spaces. In addition, the tip of the cannula has a wire loop for atraumatically encircling the desired polyp.
Moreover, the Krause-Voss Polypus Snare features three finger rings, thereby ensuring an excellent gripping. The bottom ring helps in controlling the wire €™s axis. Furthermore, surgeons can slide the side rings in order to tighten the wire loop and dissect the polyp.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel with a fine satin finish that reduces glare.
